Overview
The pulse bag filters made by our company are being used in the industry of nonferrous metal, power , mine, metallurgy, food, etc.
During normal operation, dust air is drown into air inlet manifold under the action of ventilator, then is evenly distributed to each inlet chamber through inlet branch and then is flown into filter bag. Large quantity of dust is retained on the filter bag, in which air stream passes through. Purified air stream flows into bag chamber and then is discharged into the atmosphere through the smoke pipe.
With the increase of dust attached on the surface of the filter bag and growing resistance, regular dust cleaning is needed to make the resistance fall to specified limit so that the dust remover can enter into normal operation. Dust cleaning is mainly completed by high pressure gas storage bag, solenoid valve, blowing pipe and dust removing controlling mechanism. Firstly, solenoid valve is automatically turned on by the operation system rapidly; high pressure air back blows via blowing pipe to make dust attached on the filter bag shake into the dust hopper. And then dust cleaning is finished after solenoid valve is turned off. Filter bag is resumed to filtering state. Other solenoid valves are turned on by the operations system to conduct dust cleaning on other filter bags. Dust cleaning recycling goes through all the filter bags and the dust removing effect is achieved. Dust remover completely switches to filtering state and dust in the hopper is discharged to conveyor from ash valve at the bottom.
This remover adopts external filtration, down feed operation modes and pulse back-blowing dust removing. The fiberglass needle penetrated filtering material is a newly developed efficient material that can operate at high temperature. It is a new type of high temperature resistant filtering material with reasonable structure and excellent performance. With stable dimension and high strength, this dust remover is not only high temperature resistant, but also corrosion resistant. Besides, it has low filtering resistance for gas and higher dust removing efficiency than fabric filtering materials, reaching 99.9%. Its filtration rate is almost as twice that of fabric filtering materials.
Characteristics
1) The pulse bag filter is composed of upper box, middle box, bottom box, dust hopper , inlet ?ue, outlet ?ue, blowing dedusting device and scrubbing adsorption reaction channel, etc..
2) The multilevel air de?ector is installed on the gas impulse face of the inner wall of the inlet large elbow so that the life span of the large elbow is greatly prolonged.
3) The long bag cage is divided into two parts and they are connected by self-lock bayonet coupling so that the bag cage structure can be optimized.
4) The thickness of ori?ce plate is changed toδ=8 fromδ=6,so that the mechanical strength is greatly improved, which keeps the ori?ce plate in a state of ?at and free from deformation in operation.
Working Principle
The dusty gas goes through the reactor via main ?ue into the inlet ?ue of the bag ?lter . Afterwards the gas enters the bottom box and is evenly distributed to each unit by gas distribution plate. Because the speed of the gas falls rapidly after it enters the unit, coarse dust particles in the gas are naturally drop into the dust hopper for its deadweight while fine dust particles are absorbed on the filter bag at last going with the movement of the gas. The scrubbed gas enters the upper box (the scrubbed gas room) and then goes into stack via outlet ?ue and induced fan for emission into air . Along with the ?ltration of bag ?lter , there will be more and more dust deposited on the surface of ?lter bag and the resistance of the filter bag continuously increases. When the resistance increases to a certain volume, the sensor detects out this and sends a signal to inform the controlling system. After the controlling system gives the signal, the pulse controller is started to work
and it turns on the pulse valves successively at scheduled intervals, so that the ?lter bag can be blew and dedusted by the compressed air through nozzle. The sharp increase of pressure makes sudden expansion to filter bag for dedusting by rows. Furthermore, the control system allows timing controls to the blowing system so that the dust can be blew and collected at the scheduled time and ?nally drop into the hopper . Thus the dust in the hopper wilbe removed through dedusting system or be conveyed to a designated position through dust conveying system.
