快開閥KKF 鋁廠溜槽輸送快開閥 快開孔 廣泛用于物料氣力輸送及風(fēng)管除塵系統(tǒng)管道上。主要是為觀察工況及維護(hù)方便而設(shè)置的裝置，它具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，操作方便、快捷、密封性好的特點(diǎn)。
The valve is widely used in the pipe of material pneumatic transportation wind-pipe dust-moving system. it is the ideal device to maintain the valve and observe the working condition, having the features of simple structure, convenient and quick operation and good sealing performance etc.
該裝置結(jié)構(gòu)新穎，操作方便，適用于氣體和物料管路的觀察和維修，用時(shí)可快速用手掰開，不需任何工具，新海環(huán)保采用三元乙丙密封條密閉性能良好。

安裝及使用注意事項(xiàng)：
Installation and using notice:
1． 將快開閥焊接在管道上，焊縫應(yīng)均勻光滑，不允許存有焊接缺陷。
2． 開啟門鉸軸螺栓應(yīng)控制好，可依據(jù)開啟要求控制松緊度。
3． 密封圈為橡膠件，應(yīng)避免高溫狀況下使用。
4． 應(yīng)定期檢查密封件狀況，發(fā)現(xiàn)損壞應(yīng)及時(shí)更換。
5． 未列規(guī)格或具其它特殊要求的快開閥、檢查門、檢修人孔等，請(qǐng)與公司銷售部或技術(shù)部聯(lián)系，我公司為您另行設(shè)計(jì)制造。
1． The valve should be welded on the pipe. The welding line must be smooth and the welding objection can not exit.
2． The bolt of the valve should be controlled and the degree of tightness can be adjusted according to the opening requirement.
3． The sealing ring is rubber, which can not be used in high temperature condition.
4． Check the sealing part regularly and exchange the sealing part when it is damaged.
5． If the specification and the special requirement of quickly open valve, check door and maintenance hole etc are not listed in the table, you can contact with the market or technology department, our company can design and manufacture for especially.
